Enter your distance and total time to calculate your pace and speed.
Your Pace:
0
Your Speed:
Divide the total time by the distance to get the time per kilometre. Use minutes for easy interpretation.
Formula: Pace (min/km) = Total time (minutes) ÷ Distance (km)
Pace (min/km) = Total time (minutes) ÷ Distance (km)
Example values: Distance = 10 km, Total time = 42:30 (42.5 minutes).
Divide 60 by the pace in minutes per kilometre. For example, speed (km/h) = 60 ÷ 4.25 ≈ 14.12 km/h.
Use kilometres for this calculator. If you have miles, convert to kilometres first or use a miles-based calculator.
Convert hours and minutes to total minutes (for example 1:30:00 → 90 minutes) and then divide by distance to get pace.
